Pay Your Invoice Without Leaving the EEK Portal

EEK embedded Stripe's payment element directly into the invoice page. Customers pay inside the EEK portal, see EEK branding throughout, and land back on their job portal on success.

Stay in Your Portal. Pay Your Invoice. Done.

Previously, EEK's payment link redirected customers to a Stripe-hosted payment page — a generic checkout interface with Stripe branding, no EEK context, and a separate URL. While secure, it created a disconnected experience: customers left their EEK portal, paid somewhere else, and hoped to find their way back.

EEK rebuilt the invoice payment page with Stripe's PaymentElement embedded directly into the EEK portal. Customers see their invoice, review every line item, and complete payment — all without navigating away. On success, they land back on their job portal with the payment confirmation already showing.

Why It Matters

Trust. When you are paying a four-figure invoice for an emergency service, staying within the platform you know — with the EEK logo, your job details, and your name visible throughout — is reassuring in a way that an external redirect is not. The embedded payment step is also significantly faster to complete on mobile, where redirects add friction and payment abandonment risk.
