EEK Mechanical — Indicative Pricing
Disclaimer: This rate card is indicative only and subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on job complexity, vehicle specifications, location, and other factors. All verbal estimates and quotations are indicative only — the final invoiced amount prevails. These written terms supersede all verbal representations regarding pricing. Booking Fee
Non-refundable fee payable at the time of booking to cover contractor pre-allocation, dispatch coordination, and 24/7 emergency response administration. Applied against your final invoice on completion of services. See T&S §1.9.
NZIFDA Filing Fee
EEK is legally required to maintain hazardous substance disposal records (HSWA Regulations 2017). EEK fulfils this through NZIFDA — every job is filed and a Certificate of Compliance issued to the customer.
Payment Processing
Card payment processing and instant payout fees are passed through at cost and shown as a separate line on your invoice for full transparency.

Fuel Disposal
Fixed charge applies for extractions up to 80L. Over 80L, the per-litre rate applies to the entire volume extracted.
Fuel Replacement
Filters, Freight & Sundries
Actual cost may be higher depending on filter type and parts required.
Parts
