A Second Service — Not a Bolt-On

Water contamination in engine oil — milky oil, coolant in oil, flood water ingress — is a different problem from wrong fuel, but it has the same urgency, the same need for a specialist recovery process, and the same potential for serious engine damage if handled incorrectly. EEK launched water-in-oil recovery as a full parallel service, not an afterthought.

Every part of the EEK platform was updated to be service-aware: the voice agents route WIO calls to a dedicated WIO booking agent, supplier capability matching identifies workshops equipped for WIO recovery, invoices include WIO-specific line items, insurance reports cover WIO contamination specifics, and the customer journey reflects WIO's distinct process rather than copying the misfuel flow.

What the Service Covers

Milky or discoloured engine oil. Coolant contamination from a blown head gasket. Water ingress from flooding or a river crossing. Oil contamination from water sitting in an engine bay after submersion. Every one of these requires a workshop assessment, a proper oil system flush, and potentially a head gasket inspection — work that EEK's WIO-certified workshop network is now equipped to handle across New Zealand.
