Who Is on the Site Right Now?

EEK tracks every visitor to eek.nz — not for advertising purposes, but to understand the complete customer journey from first site visit to job conversion. Each visitor record is enriched with any booking IDs they triggered during their visit, GCLID deduplication to clean up Google Ads attribution, and lazy-loaded joins to the job record and call history when the visitor's identity is confirmed.

The admin visitor panel provides a searchable list of the most recent 1,000+ visitors, filterable by registration plate, phone number, customer name, or booking ID. Expanding any visitor record shows their full journey: pages visited, time on site, conversion event if any, and linked job if they went on to book.

The visitor tracking data shows exactly where potential customers are dropping off. Pages with high exit rates after the pricing section. Visitors who reach the booking form but do not complete it. Visitors who view the rate card and then call rather than booking online.
