Each visitor record is enriched with any booking IDs they triggered during their visit, GCLID deduplication to clean up Google Ads attribution, and lazy-loaded joins to the job record and call history when the visitor's identity is confirmed.
The admin visitor panel provides a searchable list of the most recent 1,000+ visitors, filterable by registration plate, phone number, customer name, or booking ID. Expanding any visitor record shows their full journey: pages visited, time on site, conversion event if any, and linked job if they went on to book.
