Run a Job Without Typing a Word

Managing multiple active jobs means sending messages, giving instructions to SquEEK, updating supplier ETAs, and responding to customer questions — often while doing other things. The SquEEK message bar now includes a microphone button. Admin taps it, speaks the command or message, reviews the transcription, and sends.

The transcription is editable before sending, so there is no risk of a misheard word going to a customer. The voice input works for everything: directing SquEEK to send a customer update, asking SquEEK to check an invoice balance, instructing SquEEK to resend a payment link, or issuing any other @squeek command.

For Faster Job Management

The admin team manages jobs across all three channels — phone, messages, and portal — simultaneously. Voice input removes the context switch of having to stop, pick up a keyboard, and type a command. Speaking a message takes a fraction of the time typing takes. Over the course of a busy day with dozens of active jobs, that friction reduction adds up to meaningfully faster response times for customers and suppliers waiting on updates.
