Admin Can Pin Facts to Any Job — and the AI Will Never Forget Them
EEK's Remember Block lets admins pin job-specific facts that permanently shape how SquEEK responds on that job. The AI's behaviour is adjusted by what admin tells it to remember.

Every job has facts that are specific to it — facts that are not in the standard job record but that should shape every response. A customer who has requested not to be contacted about insurance matters. A vehicle with a non-standard tank modification. A corporate account where all communications should go through a fleet manager, not the driver. An invoice dispute already in progress.
EEK's Remember Block lets admins pin exactly these facts to any job. The pinned facts are prepended to every SquEEK prompt for that job — the AI reads them before every response and adjusts accordingly. If admin has noted "do not mention insurance — customer is sensitive about this topic," SquEEK will not mention insurance on that job. Ever. Until admin removes that note.
The Practical Difference
Without the Remember Block, a customer who has already expressed a sensitivity might encounter it again in the next automated message — because the AI does not remember the previous interaction unless it is in the thread. With the Remember Block, that context persists permanently. The AI treats every subsequent interaction with full awareness of what has already been communicated.
