Every Customer Message Is Reviewed Before It Is Sent

Before any SquEEK message reaches a customer, it passes through a validator that checks for accuracy, tone, and legal exposure. The validator approves, rewrites, or escalates. No unreviewed message goes out.

Speed Without Sacrificing Accuracy

AI messaging can be fast and wrong, or slow and right. EEK built a validator to make it fast and right. Every message SquEEK composes — before it reaches a customer — passes through a separate AI validation step that independently reviews the message for three things: factual accuracy against the job record, tone appropriateness for the situation, and any potential legal exposure from ambiguous wording.

The validator has three possible outputs: APPROVE (the message goes to the customer as written), MODIFY (the validator rewrites the message to fix a specific issue and sends the corrected version), or ESCALATE (the message is flagged for human admin review before anything goes out). Most messages are approved. Some are modified. A small number are escalated — and those are exactly the ones that should be.

What This Means for Customers

Every message you receive from EEK has been verified for accuracy before it reached you. You are not reading an AI hallucination about your job status. You are not receiving a message that inadvertently makes a legal commitment EEK cannot fulfil. The validator exists specifically to prevent those outcomes — and it operates on every single message, at the same speed as SquEEK itself.
