When portal notes are blank but transcripts and invoice lines describe work, EEK's report generator frames findings under Policies §19 and the applicable EEK Procedure Standard (EPS).
Reports may open with: "As per EEK Policies and Procedures, the following tasks were undertaken…" when evidence supports specific steps.
Portal OEM Spec and EEK Procedure Standard (EPS) attestations at accept and invoice are available to the report board where recorded.
