You Know Where Your Car Is Without Having to Ask

One of the most common questions EEK customers ask is "where is my car?" — especially in the gap between the tow truck arriving at their location and the vehicle reaching the workshop. Before this feature, the answer required a message and a wait for a response.

EEK now logs three explicit timeline events in the customer portal: Vehicle Collected (the tow truck has your vehicle and is departing), Vehicle En Route (vehicle is in transit to the workshop), and Vehicle Delivered (vehicle has arrived at the workshop and work can begin). Each event is timestamped and appears in the customer's portal timeline the moment it is confirmed.

The Anxiety of Not Knowing

Leaving your vehicle with a tow truck operator, knowing it is going to an unfamiliar workshop, creates genuine anxiety for many customers — especially first-time EEK users. The timeline events are specifically designed to remove that anxiety by providing explicit, timestamped confirmation of each stage. Every event is a signal that things are progressing correctly. And if anything is delayed, it is visible and can be addressed before the customer has to ask.
