The recording, transcript, and AI summary of every call are available to the admin team immediately after the call ends. There is no need to navigate to Retell separately — everything is visible in the job record alongside the messages, invoice, and timeline events.

When a dispute involves what a customer was told on their booking call — pricing, timelines, what work was included, whether they agreed to specific terms — the call recording is the definitive source.
