Every Dispute, In One Place

Before the Disputes panel, managing disputes required cross-referencing the job record, the message thread, the Stripe chargeback dashboard, and any email correspondence — none of which was in one place. The admin Disputes panel brings everything together: every open and closed dispute, the full message thread for each, key metadata (dispute ID, date raised, current stage, customer details), and a direct reply box.

Admin can read the full dispute history, understand where it currently stands, and send a reply without navigating to any other system. The reply appears in the customer's portal dispute thread immediately. The entire dispute is managed from one view.

For Accountability

Having every dispute visible in a single admin panel means no dispute can be accidentally ignored or lost in an inbox. Each one is tracked, staged, and timestamped. If a dispute is approaching the five-day auto-close threshold, it is visible before that happens. If a dispute has not received a response within an expected window, it stands out. The panel is designed to make neglect impossible.
