When you've misfuelled, the last thing you want is to arrange your own transport. We dispatch a tow truck to collect your vehicle and bring it to our workshop where the complete drain, flush, and system service is carried out to manufacturer specifications.

• Diagnostic tools for on-site assessment of contamination type and severity
• Bunded, sealed waste containers for any incidental spill containment
• A stock of replacement fuel filters for all common vehicle types
• Manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment for fault code reading and clearing
• Full roadside safety equipment — cones, warning signs, high-visibility gear, and fire extinguishers

The complete drain, flush, and system service is carried out at our workshop using purpose-built extraction and flushing equipment — not at the roadside. This is what NZIFDA certification requires and what manufacturer specifications demand.

We've collected vehicles from every conceivable location — busy forecourts, multi-storey car parks, narrow residential streets, remote rural roads, underground parking structures, and motorway hard shoulders. Comprehensive Service

Don't mistake "mobile response" for "limited service." We collect your vehicle and tow it to our fully-equipped workshop where we drain the tank, flush the system, replace the filter, add clean fuel, run the engine, and complete diagnostic checks. We don't release your vehicle until we're satisfied it's running correctly.

Environmental Responsibility

All contaminated fuel extracted at our workshop is transported in sealed, bunded containers to licensed waste processing facilities for safe disposal or recycling. We never dispose of waste fuel at the pickup location and carry spill kits as standard. Our processes fully comply with environmental regulations, so you can be confident that your misfuelling incident won't become an environmental one.
